DESCRIPTION:
WW - Heuer Monnin Diver, ref 844, automatic, 45mm including crown guards x 47mm to lug tips, 20mm lug width, original stainless steel screw back case with large faceted lugs and a uni-directional rotating dive bezel, green nylon NATO strap, original black dial with luminous painted indices and red 24 hour scale along the inside of the dial, date aperture at 3, 17J cal 4611A, s#5941, triple signed. Made toward the tail end of Heuer before being purchased by TAG, these were originally outsourced to G. Monnin of France but when they became a good success for Heuer, their production was moved to Switzerland.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, no oxide, fine scratches to plates and rotor; excellent-plus dial with several fine scratches; lightly polished case shows light wear, still retains some of the original factory finishing; crown shows little wear, good threads; good glass crystal.
